In 2025, we grew not only in size but in purpose. We expanded our team, introduced new menu items inspired by local favorites, invested in better systems and packaging, and took important steps into wholesaling to bring Honu to more people across Hawaiʻi. Through it all, your trust and encouragement reminded us why we do what we do.
We’re especially grateful for the everyday moments—families stopping by for their favorite breads, celebrations marked with our cakes, customers sharing our products as gifts, and familiar faces who continue to make Honu part of their routine. Those moments are the foundation of our bakery.
