Our chiffon cakes are made by carefully combining freshly whipped egg white meringue with cake flour, creating a texture that’s light, airy, and soft. Unlike the typical dense cake sheets made from pre-mixes, our chiffon is baked from scratch for a noticeably lighter and more delicate bite.
