Since new management took over last year, we have focused intensively on modernizing our internal systems to better support our hardworking team of over 40 dedicated employees. We made some big moves:

• Implemented Homebase: Replacing manual time-tracking, payroll, and HR record-keeping with Homebase streamlined everything. Now, our team effortlessly clocks in and out, payroll is accurate and timely, and we have a clear overview of employee performance.

• Better Communication with Slack: We shifted from texts and handwritten notes to Slack, significantly improving internal communication and responsiveness between our locations.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leveraging our Toast POS insights, we accurately match employee shifts with sales patterns, enhancing productivity and customer service.

• Empowering Team Leaders: Introducing shift leaders helped newer employees quickly acclimate, learning directly from experienced colleagues and ensuring high standards across all operations.
